What this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how R.A.J Enterprises (standing for Rashad A. Johnson Enterprises, “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to rajenterprises.business and from anyone who interacts with our AI chatbot, whether on our own site or on a client’s website where our chatbot is installed.
Information we collect
- Chat messages. When you use our chatbot, we process the text of your conversation in order to generate a reply.
- Lead information you provide. If you share your name, business name, phone number, or email address in a chat (for example, asking about our services), we store that information as a “lead” so the business you contacted can follow up with you.
- Basic usage data. We log message counts and approximate token usage per conversation for billing and performance monitoring. We do not track you across other websites.
How we use this information
- To generate chatbot replies and respond to your questions.
- To notify the relevant business (us, or our client if the bot is installed on their site) that a lead came in, so they can follow up with you.
- To monitor and improve the chatbot’s performance and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third parties who process data on our behalf
- Anthropic (Claude API). Chat messages are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate AI responses. Anthropic processes this data under its own API terms and does not use it to train models by default. See Anthropic’s privacy policy for details.
- Hostinger. Our website and chatbot platform are hosted on Hostinger’s servers, and lead-notification emails are sent through a Hostinger mailbox.
- Twilio. SMS lead alerts are delivered through Twilio, which processes the recipient’s mobile number and the message content solely to deliver the message.
We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law.
SMS and text messaging
If you are an R.A.J Enterprises client, you may choose to receive lead alerts by text message.
- What we send. When your chatbot captures a qualified lead, we send an SMS to the mobile number you provided, containing the lead’s name, contact details, and what they asked about.
- Who receives it. Only the mobile number the account owner gave us for alerts. We do not send text messages to your customers.
- How you opt in. You provide your mobile number and ask us to send lead alerts to it during onboarding with R.A.J Enterprises. We record your consent along with the date and the specific number it applies to. If you change your alert number, consent must be given again for the new number. No alerts are sent to any number that does not have a consent record on file. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency. Messages are sent as leads arrive, so volume depends on your own website traffic.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@rajenterprises.business.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected for SMS alerts are used only to deliver those alerts.
Data retention
Lead and conversation data is retained as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for (typically, ongoing chatbot service to the relevant business) or until you request deletion.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your lead/conversation data at any time by emailing admin@rajenterprises.business. If you’re a client’s website visitor, you can also contact that business directly.
Cookies
Our own website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The chatbot widget uses browser local storage on the visitor’s own device solely to keep a conversation continuous during a session; this is not shared with us as a cookie or used for tracking.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected with a new effective date above.
