R.A.J Enterprises, standing for Rashad A. Johnson Enterprises, and not affiliated with any other company using similar initials (“we,” “us,” “our”), provides AI chatbot and automation services for small businesses, reachable at admin@rajenterprises.business.
Using our website and chatbot
By using rajenterprises.business or our chatbot (on our site or a client’s), you agree to these terms. You agree not to use the chatbot to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the underlying service.
No professional advice
Our chatbot provides general information and lead-capture assistance. It is not a substitute for professional advice from the business it represents, and responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always confirm important details (pricing, availability, scheduling) directly with the business.
AI-generated content
Chatbot responses are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude models). While we work to keep responses accurate and helpful, we do not guarantee that every response will be error-free.
Availability
We aim to keep our chatbot service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control (hosting provider outages, third-party API issues).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R.A.J Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or chatbot, including missed leads, business interruption, or reliance on an inaccurate chatbot response. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months, if any.
Intellectual property
The R.A.J Enterprises name, logo, and website content are our property. Client-specific chatbot configurations remain licensed for that client’s use during their active subscription.
SMS lead alerts
Clients may opt in to receive lead notifications by text message. By providing your mobile number and asking us to send lead alerts to it during onboarding, you agree to receive automated SMS lead alerts from R.A.J Enterprises at that number. We record your consent along with the date and the specific number it applies to. If you change your alert number, consent must be given again for the new number, and no alerts are sent to a number without a consent record on file. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business evolves. Continued use of the site or chatbot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Nevada law governs these terms.
